Discus Fantasy
ACCLIMATION:
For better results, prepare your tank water by adding two tablespoons of aquarium salt per 10 gallons of water in tank. Open the shipping bags and empty the entire contents into a clean bucket. Slowly drip tank water into the bag or bucket of new arrivals. Drip equal amount of tank water in ratio of the bag water.(1:1 ratio). Remove half the water from the new arrivals, and repeat that step three more times. Use a clean net and remove the fishes from the bucket and gently place them into the tank. I would recommend feeding the newly arrived fishes after the second day.

FOODS: I feed my discus with a beef heart mix, frozen bloodworm, and frozen brine shrimps.

WATER CONDITION:
pH ~ 7.0-7.2
temperature: 86°F
TDS ~ 200PPM

IMPORTANT REMINDER:
When receiving new fish shipment, please remember to quarantine them in separate tanks for two to three weeks. All nets and equipment should be kept separate and be sure to clean with high temperature water.
